Boiler, Radiant Floor Heating & Snow Melting
A boiler is one part of a hydronic system — pumps, piping, manifolds, zone valves, and controls all have to work together. We install, repair, and maintain boilers, radiant floor heating, and snow melting systems for houses and commercial buildings alike.
Real jobs, not stock photos

Boiler & hydronic heating, handled as one system
No heat, uneven heating, low pressure, a leak, strange noises, or a boiler that's simply old and inefficient — we diagnose before we quote, so you know whether it's a repair, a controls fix, or genuinely time to replace. We install and service residential boilers for houses, townhomes, condos, and custom homes, and commercial boiler systems where downtime affects tenants, staff, and customers, not just comfort.
Radiant floor heating
Hydronic radiant floor heating circulates heated water through tubing under the floor for even heat with no cold spots and no forced-air noise. We install, repair, and integrate radiant zones for basements, bathrooms, kitchens, garages, workshops, and whole-home renovations — including tying a new radiant zone into an existing boiler — and we handle the manifolds, circulation pumps, and zone controls that make it actually comfortable to live with.
Snow melting for driveways, walkways & entrances
Hydronic snow melting circulates heated fluid through tubing under driveways, walkways, steps, ramps, and entrances so snow and ice melt on their own instead of getting shoveled or salted. Residential systems typically cover a driveway or front walk; commercial systems handle entrances, loading areas, and pedestrian walkways where ice is a liability, not just an inconvenience. Systems can run on automatic snow and temperature sensors so you're not guessing when to switch it on.
Repair & maintenance that finds the actual cause
A leaking boiler, a dead circulation pump, a zone valve stuck open, air trapped in the system, or a radiant zone that's gone cold — we diagnose the real failure first, the same standard we hold on furnace and AC calls. Preventive maintenance covers burner and ignition, venting, gas connections, water pressure, circulation pumps, expansion tanks, safety controls, zone valves, and a visible leak check, catching small problems before they turn into a February emergency or an expensive commercial callback.
Residential & commercial, same standards
Houses, townhomes, condos, and custom homes on one side; offices, retail, medical, multi-residential, and warehouses on the other — same technicians, same commissioning standards, same documentation, whether it's a single boiler or a full hydronic system with radiant floors and a heated entrance. Planning a new boiler, a radiant floor retrofit, or a heated driveway? Call and we'll walk through what actually fits your property.
Boiler replacement and system design
A boiler replacement is not just a removal and reconnect. We review heat loss, emitters, piping, pumps, expansion capacity, zone control, domestic hot-water needs, venting, combustion air, and fuel source. The right boiler must match the distribution system and operating temperatures, otherwise efficiency and comfort can suffer even when the new equipment is technically high-efficiency.
Radiant floor zones and manifolds
Radiant floors need balanced loops, suitable water temperatures, reliable circulation, and controls that respond to the spaces they serve. We can plan new basement, bathroom, kitchen, garage, workshop, or renovation zones around manifolds, mixing controls, pumps, floor construction, and the existing boiler so a new zone does not compromise the rest of the system.
Snow melting controls and heat sources
A heated driveway or entrance needs more than tubing below concrete. We plan the slab or paving zones, fluid protection, boiler capacity, pumps, heat exchanger, snow and temperature sensors, controls, drainage, and operating strategy. Automatic activation can reduce manual monitoring while keeping the system focused on areas where snow and ice create the greatest access or liability problem.
Hydronic troubleshooting and commissioning
Uneven rooms, air noise, low pressure, short cycling, cold radiant zones, leaks, or a pump that runs without heat can come from controls, flow, air, expansion, sensor, or piping problems. We check the system as a whole, verify operating temperatures and pressures, confirm zone response, and document what changed so the repair is understandable and repeatable.
