Heat and Cool Brothers Inc. thanks customers and community members who recommend our team. If someone you refer chooses a qualifying new HVAC or home-comfort installation, completes the installation, and pays for the project in full, you may qualify for a $500 referral reward. For qualifying water filtration installations, the offer is a $300 gift card. You do not earn a reward merely for sharing a link, booking an estimate, or recommending a repair.
This program is designed for neighbours helping neighbours. It lets a homeowner discover a local contractor through someone they already know, while allowing us to thank the person who made the connection.

Your friend opens our scheduling page and mentions your name and phone number as their referrer. Our team can then discuss their needs and arrange an estimate.
Celebrate the reward
Once the installation is approved as eligible, completed, and fully paid, the referral reward can be issued according to program terms.

How much can I earn by referring a friend?
Heat and Cool Brothers offers a $500 referral reward for an eligible new installation. Qualifying water filtration referrals offer a $300 gift card instead. Confirm the offer and eligibility before your friend proceeds.
Which systems are included?
Qualifying new furnaces, central air conditioners, ducted or ductless heat pumps, water heaters, tankless water heaters, attic insulation, and HEPA filtration systems may be eligible. Water filtration has its own $300 gift card offer.
Do I receive a reward just for sharing the link?
No. A referral must meet program eligibility requirements, result in a qualifying completed installation, and be fully paid before an approved reward is issued.
How does my friend make sure I receive referral credit?
Ask your friend to mention your name and phone number when submitting the booking request or speaking with our team. Referral details are verified manually; the online scheduling form does not automatically attribute a referrer.
Can I refer someone in Markham, Georgina, Keswick or Newmarket?
Yes, these are among our regular service areas. We also serve other nearby York Region and Simcoe communities, subject to scheduling and project eligibility.
Does the program cover repairs or maintenance visits?
No. Rewards are intended for qualifying new installations, not repair calls, routine maintenance, cancelled appointments, or estimates alone.
